What You’ll Be Doing
As a Blue-Mark Consultant, you will apply organizational design, change management, operating model, business analysis, communications, facilitation, planning and project management skills and solutions to enable the successful implementation of transformations. This involves guiding, supporting, and collaborating with our clients in their efforts to focus, align and implement complex change. The ultimate goal of our work is the effective transition and adoption of both business and people change.
 
All Consultants also play an active internal role in firm development, driving practice-building initiatives and supporting the growth and development of the Blue-Mark team. You will also be active in supporting Blue-Mark business growth through the building and sustaining of long-term client relationships.
 
Specific Responsibilities:
  • Be recognized as an organizational change management subject matter expert, working with clients to assess, mobilize and implement business changes designed to improve performance.
  • Design and deliver operating model and organizational design/structural reviews that assist clients in identifying and implementing improvements to organizational collaboration, productivity, and effectiveness.
  • Design and manage organizational change management strategies, transition plans and communication plans that proactively identify and mitigate delivery and people risks associated with business change initiatives.
  • Facilitate client workshops and planning meetings around strategy, business planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
  • Initiate and manage organizational transition and change projects, including developing project scopes, detailed work plans, and governance models required to successfully implement a viable solution.
  • Work with and through others to ensure engagement objectives are clearly identified, agreed to, and attained.
  • Develop and maintain productive and advisory relationships with clients.
  • Support internal firm development by creating and contributing to new intellectual capital, leading internal teams, and contributing to the development of others.
  • Define client engagement approaches, statements of work, resourcing needs and project plans.
  • Ensure a high degree of collaboration and engagement with client sponsors and stakeholders - to ensure on-going alignment of approaches, objectives, and outcomes.
  • Actively align cross-functional stakeholders around objectives and measures of success.

Core Qualifications:
  • 3+ years experience in a corporate and/or consulting environment accountable for evaluating, mobilizing, and implementing business change.
  • Highly skilled at facilitating, partnering, and influencing teams outside of direct accountability.
  • Ability to create professional executive-level materials in MS Office PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior level executives on long-term projects.
  • Strong ability to translate direction from senior leaders and/or clients into execution.
  • Highly effective problem solving and analytical skills (gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing complex qualitative data; experience building business processes and utilizing relationship management tools).
 
Differentiating Qualifications:
  • Experience in a consulting environment accountable for providing organizational effectiveness, organization design, change management, strategic planning or program delivery.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Program management experience.
  • Experience in working on cross functional teams consisting of members with varied skill levels and expertise.
 
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Masters degree or higher in Business Administration / Management or Organizational Psychology an asset.
 
Location:
We employ a hybrid work model. You will split your time working from Blue-Mark’s downtown office, at client sites, and remotely.

Compensation

$70,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
